A snowy come back

We woke up to a white world today — it has come 15 cm (6 inches) during the night, and is still snowing.
After living without a camera for over a year, I’ve finally got a new one, but it is so fancy that I fear it will take a very long time before I can figure it out.
The time might not be well chosen for coming out of the winter quarters, so I won’t promis anything regarding my presence in the blogosphere. What I can promise, is that you won’t find anything remarkable or exciting here. I move from the house, to our mailbox and back, I spend most of the time with my ill mother, but also with Gutenberg as well as some “real” books. And I hope to be able to show you some of my progress with my camera.

Åskar is still my favorite model, so you will probably see a lot of him.

  1. It is good to see you back here, Margaretha. I was worried when my emails were returned as "failed to be delivered".

The snowy view looks very beautiful, although I know it brings difficulties. We have had nothing but wind and rain and that has no glamour at all!

I think your model is a great choice..he shares our cats expression of "what ever you are up to..just don't think about moving me please" '

    1. Thank you Val,
It is good to be back.
I'm well trained, and wouldn't dream of moving my love. If he's asleep in my lap, I rather endure hunger and nature's call...
If I'm not blogging, Åskar is probably asleep on the keyboard.

  5. Hello Kristi,
Yes, it is good to be back, even if life is dishing out more than I asked for right now. At times like this is good to hug Åskar, who loves hugs and kisses.

  6. It was so nice to get your comment. Thank you. With regard to snow, we are expecting some of it on Friday this week. Puh, and it is May! I cannot remember to have seen so little sunshine as this winter which seems to last till now. But we cannot change it but have to accept how it is. Hope you're fine and in the meantime have got acquainted with your new camera. (I don't like to study manuals, but always try to learn by doing which unfortunaltely not always is successful ;-) !
Take care and have a good time. Barbara
