I like the fact that this is a group reading, not a solitary reader. It has a good feeling to it. (Of course, I love some of the solitary reader paintings too.)

I found some nice Chinese art depicting reading. I bet their is Egyptian too, and other. I think this is a favorite subject (and rightly so!)
